Position Title: Directors

Job Location: New York, NY

Job Description

Directors for New York, NY location. Lead the firm’s bond pricing intelligence and housing finance agency efforts, building and maintaining a comprehensive database of relevant market transactions, and leveraging that data in reports designed to benefit our clients. Involved in pursuing new business opportunities for the firm. Oversee the modeling of complex parity cash flows and the preparation of long-term financial performance projections for housing bond resolutions, which will serve as a foundation for bond ratings. Manage the generation of bond redemption instructions and financial reports. Produce yield compliance and arbitrage rebate calculations for tax-exempt bond issues in accordance with IRS regulations. Define requirements for enhancements to cfX’s proprietary quantitative software and validate their implementation. Communicate directly with clients’ executive management to provide timely and relevant information that supports sound risk management and informed financial decision-making. Technical Environment: Treasury Regulations, fixed income and mortgage mathematics, quantitative techniques (SPSS, SAS, VBA, SQL, NVIVO, Tableau, Cognos, R, Advanced Excel).

Job Requirements

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field plus three years of experience with municipal housing finance required. Required Skills: Treasury Regulations, fixed income and mortgage mathematics, quantitative techniques (SPSS, SAS, VBA, SQL, NVIVO, Tableau, Cognos, R, Advanced Excel). Series 50 license required. $179,088/yr – $225,000/yr + Benefits incl: medical, dental & life insurance, PTO, Retirement Plan, Disability, Incentive Pay, 401K.
