Teresa joined cfX in 2018. She is a Vice President of the firm and MSRB registered Municipal Advisor Representative. Prior to cfX she worked with Bloomberg L.P., in fixed income, technical analysis, and data visualization roles and as a strategic account manager. She holds degrees from Columbia University and Johns Hopkins University.

Joel joined a predecessor of cfX Incorporated in 1982 and is a Lead Application Developer for the firm. He is responsible for the programming of enhancements to the CFX cash flow system and also specializes in the design and operation of computer systems for the monitoring of loan portfolio performance and in the preparation of custom cash flow analyses for bond financings. Joel received a B.A. degree from Brandeis University and a Ph.D. from Princeton University.

Puneet is a Vice President of the firm and MSRB registered Municipal Advisor Representative.  He joined cfX in 2019 after working with Onshift Inc, a healthcare software firm.  He has received an MBA and completed internships with Keybank and The Inkwell Group, a boutique private equity firm.  Puneet also holds a degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Mumbai. He has previously worked as an Underwriter at the Bank of Baroda and Equities Trader at BNP Paribas in India.

Sagar joined cfX in 2007 and is a Vice President, as well as an MSRB registered Municipal Advisor Representative. He specializes in cash flow modeling, revenue bond structuring, performance measurement, risk attribution, multifamily mortgage modeling, mortgage compliance and bond redemption management. Sagar holds an M.S. in Financial Engineering and a Graduate Certificate in Risk Management from NYU Tandon School of Engineering. He has passed Level I and Level II of the CFA Program.

Sarika is an Associate for cfX. She joined as a full-time employee in 2016 after completing a yearlong internship with cfX. As a part of her regular duties, Sarika performs arbitrage rebate compliance computations and computation of variable bond yields. Prior to joining cfX, she was a corporate credit analyst at Bank of Baroda, the second largest bank in India. She also worked as a graduate consultant with Standard Chartered Bank financial markets team on a project assessing the impact of Basel III norms on the bank’s derivatives business. Sarika holds a Master of Public Administration with specialization in International Finance and Economics from Columbia University.

Iryna joined cfX in 2024 and is an analyst at the firm. She recently earned a Masters Degree in Finance from The Ohio State University’s Max M. Fisher College of Business. Iryna also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Economic Relations from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine.

Frank is a Senior Application Developer for cfX.  He joined the firm in 2020 after fifteen years in a similar role with JP Morgan Chase, and before that with Deutsche Bank/Bankers Trust Company.  He specializes in full life cycle development.  Frank received his M.S. degree in Computer Science from NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering and his B.S. degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering, State University of New York at Buffalo.

Suvrat joined in 2017 and is an Vice President for cfX. He is an MSRB registered Municipal Advisor Representative. Prior to cfX, Suvrat worked with HSBC Securities in quantitative strategy and data science and with BNP Paribas in fixed income and derivatives. He graduated with honors from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Tepper school, with a concentration in Econometrics & Finance.

Het joined cfX in 2023 and is a Application Developer. He works to enhance cfX Technology using modern development practices.  Before joining cfX, Het worked with Infosys at Visa Inc.  He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Gujarat Technical University.

Jacob joined cfX in 2024 and is an analyst at the firm. He recently completed a fellowship with New York State Homes and Community Renewal, where he was involved with both multifamily (HFA) and single family (SONYMA) bond issuance. Jacob also completed an internship with Wells Fargo Securities’ Housing group. Before those he graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Science degreed in Economics and Applied Mathematics and Statistics.

Roshen joined cfX in 2022 and is an Analyst at the firm. Before joining Roshen was a Senior Financial Analyst with Hawkins Delafield Wood LLP, where he provided financial analysis to support municipal bond financings. He also completed an internship with UBS. Roshen graduated from Bernard M. Baruch College’s Zicklin Undergraduate Honors Program with a Finance and Investment Degree.

Seth joined cfX in 2022 and is a Senior Analyst at the firm. Before joining Seth was a Portfolio Valuations Associate with IHS Markit, a division of S&P Global, where he delivered derivative valuations across all asset classes. Prior to that position he worked for the Utah Educational Savings Plan. Seth holds a Master of Science in Finance from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah, and a B.S. in Economics from Lewis and Clark College.

Alex joined cfX in 2017 and is an Associate at the firm. He has a Master of Science in Quantitative Finance from Fordham University Gabelli Graduate School of Business Administration and B.S. in Statistics and B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Florida.

Bob joined cfX in 2003 and is a Lead Application Developer. He is responsible for the analysis, design and programming of CFX Transaction Structuring Software and Monte Carlo simulation control. Bob  received his B.S. degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University.

Pratap joined cfX in 2021. He and is an Associate at the firm and MSRB registered Municipal Advisor Representative.   Before joining cfX, Pratap completed an internship with the New York City Housing Development Corporation, in Capital Markets.  He also worked with the New York State Department of Health, and before that as a Design Engineer with Larsen & Toubro.  Pratap holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from the City University of New York.
