Ben is the President and Chief Compliance Officer of cfX. He is an MSRB registered Municipal Advisor Principal. Prior to joining cfX in 2009, Ben worked in multi-family and mixed-use real estate development with Forest City Enterprises, and before that for Merrill Lynch/Bank of America in real estate investment banking. After joining cfX, Ben specialized in the structuring of single family and multifamily bond transactions. In 2017 he was named Chief Compliance Officer and in 2018, President. In those roles leads operations, strategic and regulatory endeavors. He holds an A.B. in Politics & Economics from Princeton University.

Jeremy is a Managing Director of cfX and an MSRB registered Municipal Advisor Principal. He has over thirty-five years of industry experience with more than thirty at cfX. Jeremy is the Client Relationship Manager for the Arizona, Connecticut, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, Rhode Island and Washington state housing agencies. Prior to joining cfX in 1994, Jeremy was an Associate in the Municipal Finance Group at Dean Witter Reynolds and Manager of the Kenny Housing Call Reports for Kenny S&P Information. Jeremy holds an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.

Nagesh joined cfX in 2016 and is an Application Architect. As part of his regular duties, Nagesh specializes in cash flow and web applications of cfX Technology. Nagesh has over 23 years of experience building software applications including a Margin Platform and Muni Trading Platform at major banking institutions. Prior to joining cfX, Nagesh was employed as a Vice President at JP Morgan Chase. He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics from Andhra University, India.

David joined cfX in 1997 and is a Managing Director of the firm. He is an MSRB registered Municipal Advisor Principal. David manages a group responsible for the operation of complex parity cash flow models, redemption optimization, preparation of arbitrage rebate, mortgage yield and universal cap compliance computations, bond yield computations, performance reporting and other general analytics using cfX Technology. Prior to joining cfX in 1997, he worked as a financial analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. David holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University at Albany and a B.S. in Business Administration from New Hampshire College.

Sissi is a Director of cfX, joining in 2013, and an MSRB registered Municipal Advisor Representative. Sissi specializes in the modeling of consolidated cash flows, bond redemption and arbitrage rebate compliance computations, and the computation of variable bond yields. Prior to joining cfX, she was a business analyst at Mitchell Mason Group, a boutique management consulting firm, and Lazard Asset Management. Sissi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Science in Computational Finance from Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University.

Alex is a Managing Director at cfX and an MSRB-registered Municipal Advisor Representative. Since joining the firm in 2010, Alex has specialized in structuring single-family and multifamily bond transactions, preparing rating-agency and management cash flows, conducting non-purpose and purpose arbitrage computations, and optimizing bond redemptions. He provides analytical and structuring support to issuers, underwriters, and counsel across all phases of a financing, translating complex financings into practical, executable deals. Prior to joining cfX, Alex was an Information Analyst at LaSalle Bank Real Estate Capital Markets in Chicago, where he compiled and analyzed information on commercial mortgages. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering & Management Systems with a minor in Economics from Columbia University.

Puneet is a Director of the firm and MSRB registered Municipal Advisor Representative.  He joined cfX in 2019 after working with Onshift Inc, a healthcare software firm.  He has received an MBA and completed internships with Keybank and The Inkwell Group, a boutique private equity firm.  Puneet also holds a degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Mumbai. He has previously worked as an Underwriter at the Bank of Baroda and Equities Trader at BNP Paribas in India.

Chuck is a Managing Director of cfX.  He joined the firm in June 2021 after working for more than two decades in senior municipal finance roles,  including Chief Financial Officer of MassHousing, one of the nation’s largest state housing finance agencies. In that role he managed more than $1 billion of annual bond issuance through multiple Single and Multifamily housing bond indentures. Chuck holds an M.B.A. from Northeastern University and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Vermont.

Michelle is a Managing Director of cfX and is an MSRB registered Municipal Advisor Principal. She has over a fifteen years of experience at cfX, and oversees the preparation of cash flow presentations, post-issuance compliance computations, the computation of redemption and refunding amounts and the preparation of bond and mortgage yield computations using cfX Technology. Prior to joining cfX in 2004, Michelle was employed by the Shenzhen Development Bank in China. Michelle holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and is a CFA charter holder.

Teresa joined cfX in 2018. She is a Director of the firm and MSRB registered Municipal Advisor Representative. Prior to cfX she worked with Bloomberg L.P., in fixed income, technical analysis, and data visualization roles and as a strategic account manager. She holds degrees from Columbia University and Johns Hopkins University.

Suvrat joined in 2017 and is a Director for cfX. He is an MSRB registered Municipal Advisor Representative. Prior to cfX, Suvrat worked with HSBC Securities and BNP Paribas for a combined nine years, focusing on fixed income, derivatives, and investment strategies. He graduated with honors from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Tepper school, with a concentration in Econometrics & Finance.
