David Gressel

Principal

David Gressel is a principal of cfX Incorporated and has spent virtually his entire professional career with cfX. In recent years, he has devoted most of his efforts to providing quantitative services in connection with mortgage-backed financings, including complex single family and veterans loan issues. David has also been the principal architect of the CFX Cash Flow Software System, which is used extensively by industry participants for state, regional and local agency financings. David supervises all of the Quantitative Services provided to cfX housing clients.

David has extensive experience in assisting state agency clients in the financial management of large parity bond indentures, including the development of long-term strategic bond redemption, refunding and asset disposition strategies.

Mr. Gressel is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M. Architecture and M.S. Management).

Jeremy Obaditch

Principal Consultant

Jeremy Obaditch has 15 years of housing finance experience providing quantitative consulting, investment banking and research services. Jeremy is currently a Principal Consultant in cfX’s Quantitative Services group. He joined cfX in 1994 and now specializes in modeling single family and multifamily parity resolutions and complex arbitrage and mortgage yield compliance situations.

Prior to joining cfX, Mr. Obaditch was an Associate in the Municipal Finance Group at Dean Witter Reynolds and Manager of the Kenny Housing Call Reports for Kenny S&P Information. Mr. Obaditch holds an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.

Kenneth Pops

Principal Consultant

Kenneth Pops is a Principal Consultant in cfX's quantitative services group. He joined cfX in 1993. Prior to joining cfX, he held positions as Vice President of Finance at the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority and Director of Finance at the State of New York Mortgage Agency.

Mr. Pops holds an M.B.A. in Financial Economics from Pace University.

Mark Kaveny

Director, Production Services

Mark Kaveny joined a predecessor of cfX Incorporated in 1989. He is the Manager of the Production Group at cfX. Mark and his staff are responsible for preparing the routine production services provided by cfX, which include Arbitrage Rebate, Bond Redemption Instructions, CFX Cash Flow Model Basis Updates and Portfolio Accumulation Instructions. Prior to becoming the Production manager Mark was a Principal Consultant in the quantitative services group.

Prior to joining cfX, Mr. Kaveny was an associate at Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated and at EF Hutton & Company Inc. Mr. Kaveny received a B.A. in Business Administration from Villanova University.

Gene Yee

Senior Consultant

Gene Yee is a Consultant in cfX’s quantitative services group. He joined cfX in 1995. Gene specializes in the structuring of single family and multifamily housing bonds using CFX Cash Flow Software and CFX Transaction Structuring Software.

Prior to joining cfX, he was an Associate in the Whole Loan Finance Group at PaineWebber Real Estate Securities, Inc. Mr. Yee holds a B.S. in Operations Research from Columbia University's School of Engineering and Applied Science.

Cindy Harris

Senior Consultant

Cindy Harris is a Consultant in cfX’s quantitative services group. She joined cfX in 1998. Cindy specializes in the structuring of single family and multifamily housing bonds using CFX Cash Flow Software and CFX Transaction Structuring Software.

Prior to joining cfX, Ms. Harris was a Research Assistant at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Ms. Harris holds a M.S. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.A. in Economics from Grinnell College.
