Extract, manipulate and reconcile financial data from each client’s database and transaction documents; convert the data to a standardized form to be processed by cash flow projection system; address issues regarding tax implications and credit assessment; comply with the requirement of the Bond Market Association and the International Swaps and Derivative Association; apply Monte Carlo simulation techniques and option pricing models to mortgage backed securities; prepare quantitative financial analysis to serve as the basis for clients’ decisions and for review by the bond rating agencies, tax counsels, and the issuers; and explain the results of the analysis to clients and other participants.
Master's degree in Business Administration, finance or related fields, knowledge of bond portfolio management, familiarity with credit assessment methodologies, completion of CFA level III exam, and at least six month training in relational database required.
